Well, since your first wedding is probably your first wedding, I understand your simple confusion.  You are here, or you have called.  That is the first step.  We then find out if I am available on the date of your event.  Next, we find out what you want for your event.  If I am the right fit, we move on.  I have made a reception planner document that entails the basics of your special night.  After you take a look at the document, we talk again, and the rest is history.
